I've got body issues. Everyone who knows me well knows that.
I'm 6', #165 (on good days) and 46 years old. I can walk fast, jog slowly, see clearly with corrective eyewear, and move without pain... so why do I sometimes hate my body?!
Ugh!
We crafted this site to celebrate everybody AND every body. As a proud member of the LGBTQI community, I thought it important to state the obvious... we as queer individuals are the EVERYBODY who is good AND it is also our BODIES that are good. We are neither defined by disease nor by groups who would wish us harm. I am good. You are good. We are good. Kitschy I know, but we sometimes need to reinforce the good in us. Erik does a great job reinforcing this notion in his first blog on this site.
So back to bodies. We want this site to prod readers to consider their health and examine their lives. Think about your own body... how is it feeling, looking, behaving?! I think you will be challenged and amazed by some of the body "stuff" within these pages. You will be changed because of this information, I assure you.
I have body issues. I need to move beyond my obsession with a bit of belly fat.
everyBODY'sgood. everyBODY'sgood. everyBODY'sgood.
There, I feel better. I hope this site makes you feel better too.

Steve,
Kudos on the site! Love the logo, love the concept.
Love the message...imagine a world for just one singular second if everyone could breathe deeply and truly feel good about themselves! Unjudged, more loved...and free to be GOOD!
Peace,
Eric
Steven,
Your new site is really awesome! Well thoughout and easy to navigate. What a great resource for the community! Kudos to you and your great team.
Michelle
Well I think people think too much about this issue. I too have body issues...don't we all. In the end, ...i'm not sure what to say. I smile and try to get along. But I understand the issue. Being single is a bitch! LOL
Thanks Michelle, I appreciate your feedback. We'll continue to do our best.
Brian, you crack me up!
I'm glad you keep smiling and getting along - you bring good energy to our shared lives.
Hi Steven-
I've never seen it, but I love your belly! Embrace it. Take a belly dancing class (seriously...it taught me to love my fleshy, squishy belly). Plus, check out this NY Times article - you've got the latest, hottest accessory that can't be bought!:
