Letters from loved ones affected by DADT

Part of the Pentagons strategy in investigating the impact of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (DADT) includes asking 150,000 straight couples how their lives will be affected by a repeal. The Sevicemembers Legal Defense Network (SLDN), a national, legal services and policy organization dedicated to ending DADT, decided it was time the Pentagon heard from some other voices. SLDN will release a letter each day this week from family members and spouses of former service members impacted by DADT.
