Arizona Judge supports queer employee rights.

The economy has made people do crazy things. Take Arizona for instance, first they pass immigration law sb1070, (A.K.A. "where are your papers!?") and then they attempt to take away benefits for all state LGBT employees. Thanks fully not everyone in the South West has lost their mind:

"Contrary to the state's suggestion, it is not equitable to lay the burden of the state budgetary shortfall on homosexual employees, any more than on any other distinct class, such as employees with green eyes or red hair."--U.S. District Judge John Sedwick on revoking same sex domestic partner benifits in Arozona in order to reduce the state’s debt.
