App A Day

If you are one of those people who have developed a smartphone addiction like I have then the world of apps is something all too familiar.  I don't do games such as Angry Birds as I enjoy more cerebral type apps and leave my gaming for my PS3 which ironically just bit the dust.  There are many apps out there of varying quality and usefulness.  One that I have found is called "MyFitnessPal."  Available for both iPhone/iPad, and Droid this app is a great way to track what you are eating and how fast you are progressing towards your goal.  They even have a community and journaling built into the app which makes it more appealing and easier to connect with others to support you on your way.
