Live Free! ( Unless you are a same sex couple in New Hampshire)

New Hampshire state legislature is currently considering a bill that will allow marriage equality discrimination. The language does not specifically single out LGBT couples and thus would allow businesses to pick and choose who they provide services to and legally be able to decline provision of  services to couples based up conscience or personal religious beliefs held by the business.  The bill may pass in New Hampshire however it has little chance to stand up against the federal civil rights statutes.  The fact that this bill does not specifically target LGBT couples doesn't make it any less likely that only LGBT couples would be denied services and that is essentially what this bull is designed to do.  So much for living free in New Hampshire!
