For many these resolutions often involve debt reduction, losing weight, increasing exercise, or cutting out habits such as smoking or drinking. My bucket list for 2012 is relatively short. Some health items, increasing my savings, and even the challenge to learn a couple new skills that will make my life outside of work much easier. Do you have any resolutions for the coming year? Christina and I have come up with a short list of items which seem to come up over and over in discussions as items for change. There is no magic to sticking to your resolutions. Many have already given up by Jan 2nd and only about 25% of people accomplish their goals. Choosing realistic and personally important goals are a couple of keys to success. If you plan to lose weight, quit smoking, and increase your excercise then trying to do all of those things at one time may be too much for one person. In 2011 I chose to completely change my eating habits. I lost 30 pounds, and now am in a good place to quit smoking and continue increasing how much exercise i get daily. Take our poll and read through the toolkit we have put together and have a happy and safe 2012!

I don't think your poll is calculating correctly. I checked I don't do resolutions, but its all calculating as a yes vote.
Hi Dan,
Thanks for bringing it to our attention. I'm not sure what went wrong. I just submitted a "No" and it was calculated. It's possible the third option is not working. I will speak to our web team about this.
