Pack your brown bag full of your medications and bring it to your next doctor's visit!
By bringing all of your medications your doctor can review them all at once and ensure you will not have any drug interactions.
This is also a good opportunity to discuss your pill burden (how many pills or medications you're taking daily) and ways to decrease that. Decreasing your pill burden will make it easier to remember to take your medications and may even save you money!
