Yesterday an article in the NY Times reported the latest turn on the legal battle over Prop 8.
A three-judge panel in a federal appeals court extended the stay on same-sex marriage since (& despite) Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling to lift it, while it decides whether the ban on gay marriage is constitutional.
Grumble. Sigh.
