Yesterday, an article reports that The Anglican Communion has suspended U.S. Episcopalians from serving on ecumenical bodies because of the election of a lesbian as a bishop in California.

The Anglican Communion is a network of Anglican/Episcopal churches, comprised of member churches around the globe in more than 160 countries.
