December 1st is World AIDS Day. This is a celebratory day reflecting upon lives lost and battles won in the fight against the HIV virus. The theme for this year which runs until 2015 is Getting to Zero:" Zero New HIV Infections. Zero Discrimination and Zero AIDS Related Deaths. A number of local events are taking place today. Please check out this link and see if you can attend one of the many events. In the spirit of World AIDS Day also consider getting yourself tested for HIV.
